With the new trailer released by Showtime, we see what the beginning of the new season may focus on...Carrie's state of mind. Will she remember much from her dealings with Brody? Will she somehow be involved again with the CIA? Only time well tell, but take a look at this teaser trailer here courtesy of TVFanatic.

Cast of Modern Family unhappy with contracts

In what seems like a move right out of the cast of Friends' playbook,  the adult members of the cast are joining forces and boycotting their current contracts. They have filed a lawsuit against 20th Century Fox so they can get out of their current contracts and negotiate for higher salaries.  For more information on this developing story, please head here for the story at TVFanatic.

The Walking Dead producer talks Season 3

There have been mixed feelings about Season 2 of the AMC series The Walking Dead. Many seemed to think the first part of Season 2 seemed to drag on forever - especially the storyline of what happened to Sophia. Things changed during the second half of the season and once we found out the fate of Sophia, things definitely picked up and let us to a very intriguing Season 2 cliffhanger. Show producer Glen Mazzara sat down with TV Guide for a nice in-depth interview about what to expect for the upcoming season of the show. Needless to say, the prison isn't what it seems, there will still be tension in the group and we get to meet the Governor. If you want to stay spoil free until the new season, then don't read on. If you are interested, go here to the TV Guide website for the entire interview.

HBO renews True Blood & Newsroom

What seemed to be a no brainer, NBO announced today that it was renewing its hit series True Blood for a sixth season.  The series has been a consistent hit for HBO and continues to do well in the ratings.

What is a bit of a surprise is the early renewal of the freshman series The Newsroom The show was being hyped as the big return to television for West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin and there was a bunch of buzz around the series. Although it premiered with 2.1 million viewers, it was met with mixed reviews from critics and fans alike. The jury is still out for The Newsroom and we are only 2 episodes in to the first season.
