Spartacus: War of the Damned promo!

_1354243895 Our favorite warrior Spartacus returns to Starz on January 25th with the final season of the hit series. Judging by the new extended trailer just released, Spartacus: War of the Damned will be the bloodiest, most hard fought version of the series. Series creator and executive producer Stephen S. DeKnight probably summed up the new season the best when he said it will be “the biggest, most insanely epic season we’ve ever had.” If you don't believe us, take a look at the trailer below and decide for yourself!

Dan Stevens to leave Downton Abbey

dan_stevens_576990 Dan Stevens who has portrayed Matthew Crawley since the first episode of the series, confirmed with the Telegraph, that he will not be returning for a fourth season. Stevens says in the interview, “It is a very monopolising job. So there is a strange sense of liberation at the same time as great sadness because I am very, very fond of the show and always will be.” The third season of Downton Abbey has already aired in the UK and won't air in the United States until January 6th and Stevens will be in the Christmas special. The question we have here at the Pop Culture Principle, is how will his character exit the show? What are you thoughts?
