FOX Orders Second Installment Of 'The X-files' Event Series
Agents Mulder and Scully are returning for all new adventures! FOX has ordered a second chapter of THE X-FILES event series.
On September 10, 1993, FOX premiered a series that would go on to become one of the most popular series in television history and also make Chris Carter, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson household names.
When the television series The X-Files ended its run on Fox in May of 2002, many fans were left wondering would the series ever come back. Yes, they did eventually get two films, but many fans wanted their X-Files fix on a weekly basis.
Before the premiere of the upcoming X-Files 6-episode event series, Fox just released a 22-minute behind-the-scenes documentary that will make fans look forward to the series even more.
The truth is still out there.
On October 9th, 2015, hundreds of lucky X-Files fans packed the main ballroom at the Javits Center for an exclusive screening of the first episode of the upcoming The X-Files event series followed by a panel and Q & A.
In case you've been living under a rock, The X-Files is returning as a limited series on Fox. It made its U.S. debut at NY Comic-Con this weekend, and The PC Principle was there.
