Things are about to get interesting on the hit NBC series The Blacklist. Veteran actor Lance Henriksen will guest star on the series.

The Blacklist follows Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader), a former U.S Navy officer turned high-profile criminal, who had eluded capture for decades, voluntarily surrenders to the FBI, offering to cooperate on capturing a list of criminals who are virtually impossible to catch. He insists on working with a rookie profiler by the name of Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone).

Henriksen, best known for his roles as Bishop from the film Aliens and Frank Black on the short lived FOX series Millennium, will guest star on at least two episodes with the possibility of more in the future. At this time, the exact details of his role on the series are unknown.

The Blacklist’s latest episode premiered right after the Superbowl between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks. The episode was seen by over 26 million viewers.
