Fans of the FOX series Sleepy Hollow are breathing a sigh of relief!
Today, the network has announced that the series has been renewed for a third season. Along with being renewed for another season, the show will also have a new showrunner to guide the upcoming season.
It was previously announced that Mark Goffman, who ran the show for the first two seasons, would be leaving the show and will be replaced with executive producer Clifton Campbell. The hope is that bringing in some new blood will help the series as it fell in the ratings during its second season.
Sleepy Hollow is truly inventive television,” said Fox entertaiment president David Madden. “I had the pleasure of working with Clifton on both The Glades and White Collar. He is an excellent producer, and we can’t wait to see what this team has in store for season 3.”
