The series orders keep coming in and will continue to do so for the next several days.

ABC has announced it is picking up 6 new series including a new thriller from ABC, Shonda Rhimes.

The Catch from Shonda Rhimes, is a new thriller centered on the successful Alice Martin (Mirelle Enos). She’s a fraud investigator who’s about to be the victim of fraud by her fiancé (Damon Dayoub). Between her cases, she is determined to find him before it ruins her career. Jennifer Schuur will write and executive-produce with Rhimes, Betsy Beers and Julie Anne Robinson. Jacky Ido, Jay Hayden, Elvy Yost, Alimi Ballard, Rose Rollins and Bethany Joy Lenz will also star.

Kings and Prophets is an epic Biblical saga of faith, ambition and betrayal as told through the eyes of a battle-weary king, a powerful and resentful prophet and a resourceful young shepherd on a collision course with destiny. Written by Adam Cooper and Bill Collage and executive-produced by Jason Reed, Reza Aslan and Mahyad Tousi. Ray Winstone, Haaz Sleiman, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Oliver Rix, Simone Kessell, James Floyd and Mohammad Bakri star.

An untitled Pate & Fishburne project tells the story of Billy and Cody Lefever dream of a new life beyond their working class roots and move to “The Bakken” in North Dakota, booming after the biggest oil discovery in American history. They’re soon pitted against a ruthless tycoon who forces them to bet big and put everything on the line, including their marriage. Josh Pate and Rodes Fishburne will write and executive-produce with Don Johnson, Tony Krantz and Drew Comins. Johnson stars alongside Chace Crawford, Scott Michael Foster, Delroy Lindo, Rebecca Rittenhouse, India De Beaufort, Caitlin Carver, Yani Gellman and Amber Valletta.

Quantico tells the story of a diverse group of recruits who have arrived at the FBI Quantico Base for training. They are the best, the brightest and the most vetted, so it seems impossible that one of them is suspected of masterminding the biggest attack on New York City since 9/11. Josh Safran will write and executive-produce with Mark Gordon and Nick Pepper. Tate Ellington, Graham Rogers, Aunjanue Ellis, Dougray Scott, Priyanka Chopra, Johanna Braddy, Yasmine Al Massri and Jake McLaughlin star.

The Family is a thriller that follows the return of a politician’s (Joan Allen) young son (Liam James) who was presumed dead after disappearing over a decade earlier. As the mysterious young man is welcomed back into his family suspicions emerge — is he really who he says he is? Jenna Bans will write and executive-produce with David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman and Laurie Zaks. Zach Gilford, Margot Bingham, Alison Pill, Floriana Lima, Madeleine Arthur, Andrew McCarthy, Rarmian Newton and Rupert Graves also star.

Wicked City follows a different noteworthy era of LA history each season. The True Detective-style format starts with a murder case from 1982 centered on the rock and roll, cocaine-infused revelry of the Sunset Strip. Alliances are formed between detectives, reporters, drug dealers and club-goers to solve a serial murder case. Steven Baigelman will write and executive-produce with Mandeville Television. Taissa Farmiga, Erika Christensen, Ed Westwick, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Karolina Wydra, Adam Rothenberg, Holley Fain, Anne Winters and Gabriel Luna will star.
