According to Deadline, Chris Carter’s new pilot The After has cast several people for the show. Jamie Kennedy, Adrian Pasdar from Heroes and Aldis Hodge from Leverage have all been announced as cast members.
This will be Carter’s first return to television in years. Kennedy will play a professional clown, Pasdar will play a successful Beverly Hills businessman, and Hodge will play an escaped convict who proclaims to be an innocent man who was railroaded.
As far a the plot for the pilot is concerned, it takes place at the moment of an apocalypse.
