It looks like you can’t keep Christian Slater down for long. We last saw the veteran actor as the lead on the short lived ABC drama Mind Games, but now he’s back to headline a new pilot.
As reported by Deadline, the pilot for Mr. Robot follows Elliot (Rami Malek), who suffers from severe anti-social disorders and in his mind, the only way he can connect with people is by hacking them.
Christian has signed on to play Mr. Robot, who is described as a mysterious anarchist who recruits Elliot into an underground hacker group. Also attached to the pilot are Portia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin and Martin Wallström.
