Today, fans of the Netflix hit series House of Cards got some good news and bad news.

Before the fourth season even starts, the streaming service announced today that it has renewed House of Cards for a fifth season.

That was the good news, the bad news, series creator Beau Williamson wills step down as the series showrunner.

“Netflix and MRC owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Beau Willimon for his strong narrative vision for House of Cards over the show’s first four seasons,” Netflix and producer MRC said in a statement. “As an Academy Award-nominated writer, he made his first foray into television and built a riveting and critically acclaimed series, establishing his place in TV history. The producers, cast and crew join us in wishing Beau the best in his next creative adventure.”

The fourth season of House of Cards will be released on March 4th exclusively on Netflix.
