With two wins recently at the Golden Globes for Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical and Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Comedy or Musical, it comes as no surprise that HBO has announced it will renew Girls for a third season.
Created by and starring Lena Dunham (“Tiny Furniture”), GIRLS takes a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of four girls in their early 20s.
The third season of the hit series will have 12 episodes.
